Hector Chavez came out on time and gave us a verbal bid followed up by an electronic copy.  We hired him and I have to say his punctuality was unheard of in a contractors world!  He arrived as promised a few minutes before the 8 AM start time and I don't believe he stopped for lunch ( his crew of 2 did).  The following day same thing; arrived at 7:45 with his crew and jumped right into the job.  No mess, no issues, did not need him to come back for touch up as he was very thorough in his work.
I highly recommend this family owned/run business.
